Using The ICICI Gateway For Payments On Youth4work
Youth4work Users – Companies and Youth – Both can subscribe to any of the premium services. It is recommended that you go through an online payment mode.
Following are the services that users make online payments for:
For Youth
- Prep Tests Subscriptions, Online Courses, Premium Profile, etc.
For Companies
- WorkMails, yAccess — Database access, yAssess — Custom Assessments, etc.
Modes of Online Payment
In this process, users have options to choose the payment mode.
- Net Banking
- Debit Card
- Credit Card
- Offline Payment
- USD Payment
- PayPal Payment
ICICI Merchant Gateway
When you choose any of the Debit card / Credit Card / USD Payment option, you will be redirected to the ICICI merchant gateway.
- It is important to note that a user doesn’t need to have an ICICI Bank account to proceed further. This is an ICICI merchant gateway for Jag Bros Consultants Pvt Ltd — that’s the name of Youth4work’s parent company account with ICICI Bank. ICICI Merchant Services just provides payment solutions to Youth4work.
- Users can pay through debit/credit cards of any bank, provided the card is powered by Maestro, Visa, MasterCard or RuPay. American Express cards are not accepted by Youth4work’s ICICI payment gateway.
When you click on any of the Debit Card / Credit Card / USD Payment options, you are directed to the ICICI Merchant Services gateway.
- Enter your debit/credit card number in the relevant boxes, choose card expiry dates and enter your CVV number (3 digits on the back of your card).
- Click on Pay (orange button). The payment page gets expired in 5 minutes from the time you start the process.
- After you click Pay (orange button), you would enter a secured transaction page of banking transaction services of where you have to enter a One Time Password (OTP).
- Either your bank automatically sends you a One Time Password (OTP) — 4 digits or 6 digits — or you need to click on Generate/Request OTP option. You get the OTP on your mobile number which is registered with your bank.
- Enter the OTP and confirm the transaction.
- After your bank confirms the transaction, you will get redirected to Youth4work’s payment confirmation page/pop-up, and you can start using your premium service.
- It might take a few seconds to redirect to and from your bank depending on your internet connection speed and bank’s gateway response. Kindly wait till your bank’s page loads. Do not refresh the page or press the ‘back’ button of the browser. This will lead to the cancellation of the current transaction.
Once the payment process is done, you will get a confirmation mail as well and can start using the premium service.
