You have the flexibility of adding more talents, courses, and location by selecting the corresponding boxes.

You also get Advanced Search Options (for logged in premium users) like:

• Must Talents — ones that candidates must have!
• Location filter — Preferred, Present or Near By locations
• Experience, Courses, Gender, Resume, and other options

On what basis are the youth profiles been listed or ranked?

It’s our yMatch system. It is an algorithm that takes into consideration yRanks of the various talents you choose to search for.

yRank for any talent considers yTest score, profile completeness, activeness, talent forum reputation, social compliments, and other parameters.
