You can also customize your recruitment needs in this section which in turn will offer you greater ease and accuracy while communicating with the talent on Youth4Work platform.

With Youth4work, posting a Job is very easy and hardly takes a few minutes.

As you enter the Job Posting section, you will first see:

• Here you will be able to Post a Job and customize it according to your requirements.
• Job Title must be given accordingly.
• The summary describes the opening you have. This brief description will attract youth to make an impression.
• The Job Description is a detailed statement of all the Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities for each position.
• Further, when you go ahead you will see this image:

• Enter Job Type.
• Enter the location for your Job. Please note that for openings in multiple cities, the same Job must be posted for every city.
• Select what kind of opportunity is open within your organization.
• Select required Talent

Select Required Course. In both, a drop-down menu will be visible so as to enable you to check the most accurate option.

• The remuneration expected can also be communicated by you.
• The desired Work Experience can also be communicated here.
• Your Address(Office) can also be communicated to show where your workspace is on Google Maps.

When you have finished all the above steps, you will also be able to share your Job Post on Social Media websites like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. This enables your requirements to be shared on multiple forums so as to get more reach.

When you have done a job posting, Youth whose Talent and Course are matching with your desired Talent and Course will receive notifications on their respective youth profiles. This will further enable to see your offering and will also enable Youth to have a direct mode of communication with you.
