Setting up an Employer-Account is very easy. It takes 3 minutes.

Youth4Work aims to connect top recruiters to talented youth. As companies search for the best candidates for their organizations, Youth4work helps them to achieve this by providing a multitude of solutions that will meet every need of small to large business houses.

Just a few simple steps and your organization is one step closer to meeting its talent acquisition requirements.

STEP 1

Open www.youth4work.com. The home page gives you a glimpse of what Youth4work is all about. Click on Register Free (top-right).

STEP 2

On the next page, choose the Company button so we can customize your employer profile accordingly in the next steps. (Job-seekers will select Youth).

STEP 3

This is where you can create your own personal Username and Password to access your employer account.

• Name: Enter the name of the person who is going to use the recruiter/employer account.
• Email ID: This is required for your verification. Also any notifications of the job posting, candidate applications and feedbacks will be sent to this email id only. This is never shown to job-seekers.
• Username: This will be your login name on Youth4work.
• Password: Create a strong password, preferably an alphanumeric one but easy to remember.
• Mobile Number: Your Mobile no is taken for verification and contact purpose only. It is never shown to job-seekers. The system captures duplicate numbers and doesn’t allow registration without original mobile numbers.

STEP 4

After being done with entering your Personal / Login details, enter information about your company/organization.

• Company Name: Write the full name of the company you represent.
• Designation: Write your designation at the company.
• Website: Give the website URL for your company. You can give the home page URL or the Careers page URL of the website.
• City/Town: Let people know where your company is based.

The last checkbox defines the type of company you run. The various options listed are:

• HR Consultants— Company involved in providing Human Resource and Recruitment Services
• Company — A full-fledged private or government-based organization
• Individual Recruiter — Running on online or offline standalone business where you are the solitary decision-maker.

Click on Continue to conclude the company registration process and you will be redirected to your company dashboard on Youth4work.

STEP 5

Update your profile — Upload your company logo, a cover page background image, What type of people are you looking for, etc. through the Edit Profile option.
This is how your Profile will look after adding the required data and images.

Registering as Recruiter on Youth4work gives you access to a plethora of tools to see pre-assessed talented youth, send WorkMails to them, create your own custom assessments, launch freelance projects and much more.
